As International President of the Retail Design Institute, I along with my team aim to educate, mentor and aid our members in career building and networking opportunities with likeminded individuals. The Retail Design Institute promotes the advancement and collaborative practice of creating selling environments. We actively promote continuing education to improve the skill sets of working professionals. Through workshops, store tours, and seminars highlighting new and noteworthy trends, the Institute engages the retail community at large to share accomplishments in retailing and retail store design.

This is an exciting time to be working in retail design, as it constantly evolves to adjust to current technology. With my experience in the retail industry, I am primed to help the retail industry grow and prosper in new and different ways. I founded Collaborative Design Strategies in 2018, and it's 100% woman owned. Throughout my years working in the retail industry, and have been on both the vendor side and the architectural design firm side. My many relationships in the industry have enabled me to make valuable connections assisting the retail industry in finding the right vendors to partner with. Our goal is to match quality and pre-vetted vendors with the retail and hospitality industry.
